№1 (Hit): «Why so expensive ???»
Discussing different solutions we often hear – «too expensive». What does it mean and is something expensive indeed ?
Everybody who uses a car fuel it regular. Maybe visiting auto dealer station. And absolutely everybody buys food in supermarket. How many times had you angrily cried them that everything is extremely expensive, the same goods are 2-3, or no – 10 times cheaper in some magic land behind their street so they must you sell what you want 10 times cheaper ? probably never ? maybe the reason is not that something is expensive but the price is fixed and when you need some product or service you quietly pay for it. If don’t need – don’t buy. So the claim «expensive» for us means you are not ready to solve your problem. Again: when your car has empty tank only one action can solve it – to pay for fuel.
Another part of claim – «10 times cheaper on neighbor street». Fuel, food have approximately equal price in different sales points. Nobody can find the place with a half price. But if finds the goods differ as it with China garbage: it looks like original but the quality is quite far from original, so the price is so lower. The same is with any services, f.e. car diagnostics: sounds as usual but execution and content can differ up to 10 times. As example let’s regard stomatologist: you’re ready to pay any price whom you trust and zero who is not enough qualified. But from the side both are stomatologists and must do their job to satisfy you. But you know that the difference exists.
We’re always ready to explain you the difference with your expectations and what are you missed under your analysis. But we kindly ask you to keep us from your insulting insinuation about our as if dishonesty just because you’re upset of unpleasant expenditures. When you ignore initial problem signals it’s being accumulated until you will be rapidly stopped out and to do something to solve it. You should realize we’re not responsible for this. But we’re always ready to help you optimize and decrease your expenditures – we don’t pay more like you. So just let us to do we are the best and you will be satisfied.
№2: Can some serious damage be left as it is (unrepaired) ?
Let’s clear what is this about. Any used thing differs from new by presence of usage defects, and they are slightly visible we tell it’s like new one. With cars this is not true: only several months of active usage and we observe deterioration. We are to divide it on secondary, slightly and malfunction. With esthetic changes we have choice to continue use with them but not for malfunction ! The only thing we can do is to repair not now (if car can move) but as soon as possible. And never only “as possible” because the problem is progressing with time increasing your expenses. And you should remember about safety decrease. №3: Car is soon for sale, can it be repaired only as fake ?
Very popular question. As heard everybody only sales its car and nobody uses it. But nobody moves only by feet and prefers by car with comfort. Let’s be honest: while you own your car you drive it so any negligent repair is like to sabotage. Because thus you decrease safety, reliability, comfort. We don’t understand what is wrong with the mind to do such unpleasant things for yourself. It’s like to eat from rubbish explaining it’s free.
But what about you’re really going to sell your car ? this moment your logic whispers you it’s normal to leave it damaged and not repair it, why for ? Let’s be honest again: by this you believe reasonable to hand over your unsafe, unreliable and uncomfortable car to some “fool” regardless that it can be young mother who drives with baby or big family with several children.. And when you buy another car you stay angry several weeks being unpleasantly surprised that seller sold you such awful car (it often happens). We are not to moralize you but we’re against such ugly things. We do and can repair only with maximum quality to protect you from any claims from new owner of your car.
№4: Can you 2-3 times cheaper ?
For somebody it sounds funny but this is reality. We never laugh under your questions because you expect support from us as from professionals so we always explain you our vision. But when you reject to hear us we’re sorry: it’s impossible to communicate with a wall-mind. So we try to put here some ideas and hope it can be useful for somebody. So we answer is positive – yes, it’s possible 2-3 times cheaper. But you are to visit repairs service every month. Because to do something cheaper means or to solve part of the problem, or to solve it temporary, or install low quality spare part. As a result in several months you spend 1.5-2 times more than initial price. We care to protect you from such popular stupidities.
№5: We have strange business approach
Frankly speaking it’s not a question. But we suspect of it and probably it sounds as following: how can we dare hide our magic stick which has power to easily execute your main willing – evaporate your costs to zero level ? Surely everybody in the heart hopes on the best and life shows it’s right: often our fare is exaggerated. With cars unfortunately it does not work and the problem is several times worse we observe and estimate. The thing is the car as a complex system is initially designed to stay reliable with a set of “errors” even if they are critical. But as you know everything in the life has its price (sometimes not in money) and until you pay it you will not receive indulgence. We’re ready to help you reach it but not responsible for your Life bills.
